Delivery:

Satellites will be delivered within 30-40 days of the order date. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Free satellites do not include shipping costs, import duties, taxes, or any other fees levied by the destination country. Customers are responsible for all such charges.
BRS-Labs is not responsible for any delays or restrictions caused by customs or other regulatory authorities in the destination country.
Courses:

Access to online courses will be granted after registration, within a timeframe of 1 to 4 weeks depending on the specific course.
Course materials and content are subject to change without prior notice.
Technical Support:

For technical support related to satellite hardware, please contact our partner, Orion Space. Their contact information will be provided upon purchase.
BRS-Labs provides support for the online courses through its dedicated support channels.
Liability:

BRS-Labs is not responsible for any legal issues or disputes arising from the import, possession, or use of the satellite in the customer's country. Customers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
BRS-Labs is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the satellite or the information provided in the online courses.
